I have made installations about childhood memories, political beliefs, gender issues, historical and spiritual artifacts, recycling, and the immediate environment around my home. Not content to stick to one process or material, I have made each work a learning experience. The idea for the work is generally allowed to evolve as the work progresses, rather than taking a preset course. This method of discovery keeps me engaged and open and often surprised with the result.
