I am continually inspired by exploring far-reaching habitable sites around our planet. My objects or artifacts, serve as personal/collective markers of our mortal position in the grand scheme of things. Independent study traveling within six continents has enabled me to deepen my understanding of languages, symbols and vestiges of universal understanding, particularly archetypes offering deep-rooted meaning across time and culture. Discovery and recovery in the form of aesthetic and historical significance allows the maker in me to articulate works of art inspired by the multiplicity found in human experience and representation.
