Randall Nelson

Since I was a child I have loved to tell stories and entertain people, especially with my artwork. My early sculptures were abstracts or simple depictions of animals. Then my desire to tell a story began to assert itself and I started looking for new methods to illustrate my ideas as sculpture. Many of the pieces I am now making are more conceptual and work best as large multi-media installations. No matter what the subject, I still try to to maintain an element of humor in my work.
