Antionette’s piece “Remembrance” was recently acquired by the JCS Museum in Alabama.
“Its relation to your inspiration around the Civil Rights Movement and the “giants” that worked for freedom; your own hand as a female artist working during the centennial of women’s suffrage in the United States; and even its unknown-at-the-time connection to the global pandemic that has inflicted so much pain and grief on a world now needing to “remember” even more – all contribute to make it an important addition to Auburn university’s sculpture collection.” – Cindi Malinick, Curator
