Elizabeth will create her installation Breaking The Spell as part of the Every Woman Biennial and the show SPECTALiA.
The Every Women Biennial engages artists, through a democratic open call, to cross-pollinate with each other from a variety of mediums, generations, and racial and ethnic backgrounds.
The salon-style exhibition features painting, photography, installation, sculpture, video art, textile, and multimedia works, activated by performance, dance, music, poetry readings, theater, and film.
SPECTALiA. In an age of distracting algorithms and spectacular seduction, we’re blurring binaries—of gender, canvas and screen, sense and nonsense. Here, joy becomes our most subversive act.
This isn’t just a show…it’s a world-building spell.
