Equinox: Passage from Dark to Light
Welcome to Equinox: Passage from Dark to Light, NESA's fourth annual online juried prize show. The movement from winter into spring can feel like the passage of dark to light. NESA asked artists to respond to this transition as inspiration for their creations included in NESA’s Fourth Annual Online Exhibition. Our juror, LaiSun Keane chose 15 wonderful works and three Juror's Awards included in our Opening Reception.
Juror
LaiSun Keane is the gallerist owner of LaiSun Keane, a contemporary art gallery located in the Sowa Art District in Boston, MA. Born during the Covid19 pandemic, the gallery provides a platform for non-mainstream voices as well as a strong focus on producing online content and new ways of art presentation and art sales through price transparency. The stable of artists who exhibit at LaiSun Keane consists of both local and international artists, and the gallery mounts eight to nine virtual and in-person exhibitions annually.Award Winners
