Daniel Zampino’s ‘Rich Man, Poor Man’ features two stylized slate figures – one standing confidently, one seated humbly with a cup – offering a quiet but powerful social commentary on dignity and inequality. Judge Prisicilla Danforth called it “exquisitely sculpted with a powerful evocative composition,” adding that it “speaks louder than words.”
Priscilla Danforth was a curator at the Peabody Essex Museum, and organized the Rodin Exhibit.
